Online Submissions

Sportcard Guaranty provides an on-line submission invoice form to assist you in submitting your cards to SGC for grading.

Below are instructions on how to complete both methods. Should you have any problems, please feel free to email us at info@sgccard.com and we will be happy to assist you.

The invoice form is set up so you can INPUT all of the information necessary to submit your cards to SGC for Grading. However, Please Note: Once the form is filled it, you MUST PRINT IT and submit the form with your cards.

Follow these instructions:

• Read the form over before you fill anything in.
• Fill in all appropriate sections. If you do not have a Customer Number, leave this blank, SGC will assign you a number.
• Select the service tier you want.
• Input card information and values.
• Calculate fees, shipping and insurance and input them in the correct boxes down below.
• Once you are satisfied that all the information is correct, use your browsers' print command to print out the form.

Multiple Invoices: If you want to submit cards using different service tiers, Print Out Separate Invoices for Each. However YOU MUST HIT THE REFRESH BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER TO ADVANCE THE INVOICE COUNTER. DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE INVOICES WITH THE SAME INVOICE NUMBER !
